Arbah capital announces the change in board members of Arbah Saudi Equity Fund, Mr. Essam bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Zamil will not be the board member of Arbah Saudi Equity Fund effective from 25/10/1439 H, corresponding 09/07/2018.

The new board will comprise of the following members:

1. Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Mohammed al-Muammar (Chairman - Independent member)
2. Dr. Hassan Khalil Mohammed Almasri (Independent member)
3. Dr. Ibrahim bin Mohammed bin Shayaa Al Qahtani (non-independent member)
