Esam Al-Madani has over 30 years of experience in human resources and executive leadership across the private sector. Prior to his retirement in 2019, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Abdulqader Al Muhaidib Company, where he led major HR transformation and leadership development initiatives in collaboration with global consulting firms. Following his retirement, he assumed executive and advisory roles, including Acting CEO of Imdad Human Resources and HR Advisor to several healthcare and professional organizations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from KFUPM and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.
