Arbah Capital entered into a strategic partnership with Al Hakimiyeh Real Estate Development Company LLC, a leading middle income real estate development firm in the Eastern Province. The Partnership consists of a direct investment in Project Andulsiat, a middle income residential scheme located within the Shobaility area that consists of six residential buildings offering 54 apartment units to end users. The Project has commenced its off-plan pre-sales and sold ~30% of the apartment units to end-users. The Project is currently 40% constructed and is anticipated to be completed by end of 2010. The Project secured an end-user finance package with Amlak International to finance all end-user buyers.
