Arbah Capital partners with Financia
Arbah Capital has announced a new ownership agreement with Financia, a Bahrain based investment house. Arbah Capital will take part ownership in Financia, which has a capital base of BD 20 million (SR 200 million). Under the arrangement, Arbah Capital CEO Saad Al Hassosah has been appointed a seat on Financia’s board along with a position on its executive committee. Financia will open new doors for Arbah Capital to gain access to real estate asset management funds worldwide. In return, Arbah Capital will have the exclusive right to market Financia’s products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. |
