Arbah Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Arbah Daily Liquidity Fund due to resignation of board member Mr. Ali Mansour Al-Sgheir (Independent Member) from 10/05/1448 H, corresponding to 21/10/2026 G. The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Mr. Waleed Abdulla Al-Rashdan (Chairmen – Non-Independent Member)
2. Mr. Medhat Ahmed Al-Zayer (Non-Independent Member)
3. Mr. Firas Mohammed Bu Khamseen (Independent Member)
