Osama Al Haram is a distinguished investment leader with over 26 years of experience driving capital growth, strategic Planning, and high-level relationship management across the GCC. Joining Arbah Capital in July 2024 as Executive Director and Head of Wealth Management, Osama oversees the firm's private wealth strategy, focusing on delivering sophisticated investment solutions to institutional and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

​Throughout his career, Osama has been a pivotal figure in regional finance, notably serving as Executive Director and Market Head at GFH Financial Group (2017–2023). There, he led the Placement & Relationship Management team, successfully expanding the Group’s footprint in the Bahrain and Kuwait markets. His tenure was marked by a deep commitment to connecting sophisticated investors with unique, high-value opportunities.

​Prior to GFH, Osama spent over a decade as a Principal at Arcapita, where he managed critical placements and institutional relationships in Kuwait. His diverse professional background also includes strategic consultancy at PwC and senior leadership roles within the AlBassam Group. This blend of Big Four consultancy rigor and hands-on management & investment execution allows him to provide a rare, multi-dimensional perspective on regional wealth management. Osama holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration & marketing Analysis from Fort Lewis College, Colorado.
