Osama Abdullatif Al-Othman is the CEO of Damanat, leading the company’s strategy and operations to deliver innovative housing finance solutions aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. He has over 30 years of experience in investment and finance, including project finance, real estate, and private equity, and has held senior leadership roles at Masdar, Aseer Investment Company, and First Solar.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from KFUPM and completed executive leadership programs at Harvard University.
